All orders are custom-printed and require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time includes order verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging. After your order has been printed and quality-checked, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We partner with Printful to produce and ship our products. This means that when you place an order, Printful handles the printing and shipping of your items.
Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand products, all items are custom-made and therefore non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued for eligible returns once your claim has been reviewed and approved. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, production begins, and cancellations cannot be processed.
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders are sent to Printful for printing shortly after confirmation. Therefore, the time frame for cancellation is extremely short. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
